Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Aillo website (aillo.tech), mobile applications, and hardware products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We will process and ship your order according to the selected shipping method.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship internationally via our logistics partner Easyship. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. Orders over $100 USD qualify for free shipping.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

You may return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, contact us at support@aillo.tech.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective.

6. Warranty

All Aillo hardware products come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification, or unauthorized repair.

To claim warranty, contact support@aillo.tech with your order number and description of the issue.

7. Open Source

Aillo is an open-source platform. Hardware designs, firmware source code, and module definitions are available on GitHub under their respective licenses. Using the open-source materials does not grant you rights to the Aillo trademark or brand.

8. Intellectual Property

The Aillo name, logo, website design, and non-open-source content are the property of Aillo Technologies SRL. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aillo Technologies SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
